Monday: Chickpea Casserole (recipe:  The Kitchn)

We were supposed to have this last week but it got bumped.  I still have all the ingredients so we will try again!

Wednesday: Slow Cooker Chicken Burrito Bowls

Everyone in my family loves this dish and it’s super easy!

Thursday:  Cobb Salads

Hazel will be at her grandma’s so I plan to make yummy Cobb salads.  Hazel’s not really in to salads just yet. 🙂

Friday:  Greg’s Birthday!  Unfortunately, I have to work so we will order pizza.  I’ll make a big salad and a peanut butter chocolate cream pie for dessert, using this recipe:  http://www.crazyforcrust.com/2015/03/no-bake-peanut-butter-chocolate-cream-pie/
