We have lots of leftover ham from Easter and I plan on using it up this week.  Of course, I threw the ham bone in the freezer for later.

Monday:  Ham and cheese melts with leftover green beans and deviled eggs

Tuesday:  Ham and Potato Casserole (Pioneer Woman).  Per usual, her recipe makes a 9×13 so I will make two 8×8 casseroles and freeze one.

Wednesday:  Slow Cooker Vegetable Soup with rolls

4-9 soup

Thursday:  Pork Tenderloin, brown rice, roasted broccoli
